Privacy policy

What this site collects

No user accounts, no newsletter, no advertising cookies, no ad-network pixels. The only personal data I receive voluntarily is what you send (contact form or email to hola@elparaguayo.net): name, email address and message content.

Technical server logs (IP, page viewed, timestamp) are kept by the host for security and diagnostics, for a limited time, with no marketing cross-use.

Google Analytics

Only if you accept via the consent banner does the site load Google Analytics 4 (G-BXJ1LSDE9G) for page-view statistics. Without acceptance, no Google Analytics script is loaded. You can refuse; the site still works.

Purpose: audience measurement to improve the guide. Legal basis: consent. You can change your mind by clearing the cookie-consent key in your browser's local storage, or by emailing hola@elparaguayo.net.

Emails you send me

I read them and reply personally, usually within 48 working hours. They are not used for marketing. You can ask anytime for your email to be deleted from my inbox.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, rectify, erase data and withdraw Analytics consent. Write to hola@elparaguayo.net.
