To get the badge, a professional must meet all of the following.
1. Verifiable legal existence
The business or freelancer must be legally registered in Paraguay (valid RUC) or in their country of origin, with verifiable documents.
2. Real presence in Paraguay
The professional must actually operate in Paraguay: physical address, real photos (no stock imagery), and activity that can be checked on the ground.
3. Working website with backlink
The badge must point to the professional’s directory listing on elparaguayo.net. Their site must be live, without misleading content, and display the badge visibly.
4. Verifiable client reviews
At least one verifiable client review (Google Maps, Facebook, or a direct testimonial with contact details). Fake reviews lead to immediate badge removal.
